CDS ICT-20
  • CDS ICT-20 is Inter-Capstan Tension Gauge designed and developed by me. It is extremly usful tool to see, if we have good Inter-capstan tension...this is tesion between Supply and Take-Up capstans. We know, that in Double capstan drives, Take-Up capstan spins 0,02% faster then Supply castan and this makes tension between them. If we not have sufficient tension lots of problems can cames out...from creating tape loop over heads, curling tapes, no playback, no record, dull playback,...
